Skaitydamas Roger Lowenstein knygą apie Warren‘ą Buffett‘ą aptikau neblogą citatą, kuri kaip tyčia tinka dabartinei situacijai rinkose. Per paskutinį mėnesį labai dažnai galima surasti įvairių ekspertų prognozių ir patarimų, kaip elgtis, esant neaiškiai situacijai rinkoje — dažniausiai siūloma nieko nedaryti, kol situacija „paaiškės“ ir vėl bus galima pasakyti, ar korekcija baigėsi. Bet juk ar kada nors situacija būna aiški? Juk neįmanoma atspėti trumpalaikių rinkos svyravimų.

For some reason, market commentators suffer a peculiar blind spot. They routinely assume that once the “uncertainty” of the immediate moment is lifted they will have a plain view of the future unto Judgement Day. The fact that they did not foresee the present uncertainty does not deter them from thinking that no new clouds will trouble the future.
